MONTESSORI HISTORY : Story of Renaissance Transportation

 CIVILIZATION

Renaissance Transportation

 The horse-drawn coach was designed
in the Renaissance period. It was suspended
on springs and belts. Similar devices  are still
used today  to avoid discomfort when traveling
on bumpy roads. The seats were upholstered
and padded to make journeys as
comfortable as possible.
